I've been professionally active in the audio and high-tech industries for over 30 years. Highlights of my career include:

- Fellowship in Arts and Media Technology at MIT.
- Director of Research at Acoustic Research, ("AR", back when it was the largest speaker company around).
- Co-Founder of NHT Loudspeakers.
- Vice President of Technology at International Jensen, (Jensen, Advent, Phase Linear, etc, brands).
- Co-Founder and CTO of Tymphany Corporation, (Peerless, Vifa, ScanSpeak brands).
- Elected to AES and IEEE administrative committees.
- Patents related to loudspeakers, DSP, acoustics.
- Many industry and general interest publications.

My primary expertise is in loudspeaker and amplifier technology, but I also have a solid background in DSP, signal coding and perceptual science. With extensive experience in international markets and manufacturing environments, I have an established network of industry contacts around the world... from factories to dealers to design engineers to investors to writers and publishers.
